A police officer directing traffic whiles making a call was stunned by guys on a motorbike snatching and bolting with his mobile phone.
In a video which looks like it was captured by a CCTV camera, the officer had abandoned his duty to direct traffic and was busily making calls.
Some guys on motorbike snatched the phone and sped off.
