An Ikeja Magistrates’ Court in Lagos on Wednesday remanded a 43-year-old finance manager, Emeka Orisakwe, who supposedly sexually defiled his three biological daughters.
Justice Ejiro Kubeinje, who didn’t take Orisakwe’s request, requested that he ought to be remanded in Kirikiri Correctional Center.
Kubeinje guided the police to send the case record to the state Director of Public Prosecutions, DPP, for exhortation.
She suspended the case until Nov. 2 for DPP exhortation.

The Prosecution Counsel, ASP. Bisi Ogunleye, told the court that the litigant submitted the offense among May and July at his home.
He said that Orisakwe physically attacked his three girls ages eight, six and four.
The indictment said clinical reports likewise showed that the kids had been polluted.
The offense, he said, negated the arrangements of Section 261 of the Criminal Law of Lagos State, 2015.
