Two students of the Zamse Senior High School have reportedly been expelled for engaging in an act that the school deems immoral.
Authorities at Zamse Senior High School said the act is a breach of its rules and regulations.
The students who are in their first and second year respectively tested positive when they were tested in their school’s clinic and another in the Regional Hospital.
In the hindsight of the school’s authorities, the students went for abortions.
The students were referred to the disciplinary committee which established that their [the students’] actions violated the school’s rules and regulations as well as the laws of Ghana and therefore, recommended for them to be suspended indefinitely, MyNewsGH reports.
Upon complying with the recommendations by the committee, the school announced the suspension of the students on Friday, May 28.
